There are no catering specifications associated with hiring the premises. Catering for the exhibition / event can be provided by the organizers themselves or by third parties. Contacts to local catering companies can be arranged for this purpose.

Assembly and Dismantling
The organizer is responsible for setting up and dismantling the exhibition / event. If required, documenta und Museum Fridericianum gGmbH can provide auxiliary staff for this purpose. We will provide a price quote for this if required.

Advertising Space
Advertising posters or banners can be displayed at the main entrance to documenta Halle: Width max. 6.0 m, height max. 1.60 m
